Welcome to our BACK HERO website.
Karen Ingram is a pain and movement therapist working with people to recover from chronic pain and to enjoy life again. Combining Movement, Education and Coaching to get you strong, understanding your body and feeling supported.
We use a range of tools to create bespoke programmes.
From group pain education, individual coaching, graded movement programmes, private reformer Pilates, Nordic Walking. Delivered in person from our base in Llantwit Major, and on-line.
**The Hero Shrew lives in the Congo and has the strongest spine in the animal kingdom. Human spines are strong too so we named our back pain programme after this amazing little creature.
